Daniel B. Channell, M.D.

Originally from Savannah, Tennessee, Dr. Channell obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Rhodes College in Memphis in 1984. He completed his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Tennessee, Memphis in 1993. From there, he entered his Ob/Gyn residency in Little Rock at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. After finishing there in 1997, he entered private practice in North Little Rock, Arkansas before relocating to Rancho Cucamonga, CA in 1999. After leaving group practice in Upland in 2004, Dr. Channell joined forces with Dr. Patricia Guevara-Channell to establish Channell Family Medical Group, which combined the specialties of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Family Medicine, and Wellness and Anti-Aging Medicine under one roof.
