Joanna Du, M.D.

Dr. Du graduated from one of the most prestigious training institutions in the country—county USC. She is a Southern California native who found her love of medicine while studying at UCLA. She went on to graduate from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia and returned to California to complete her obstetrics and gynecology training at Los Angeles County – USC Medical Center. Dr. Du is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her research has been published in multiple journals including, Contraception, Menopause, and Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Du specializes in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery–including treatment for fibroids, abnormal bleeding, ovarian cysts, and prolapse. She is highly trained to answer your questions about infertility, contraception, abnormal pap smears and menopause. Dr. Du also speaks Chinese. She married the love of her life after meeting him when he helped her with a c-section. Now they have a puppy and a new baby! In her spare time she enjoys eating out, traveling and watching HGTV.
